Is Abakus Direct Legit?

Does Abakus Direct Provide Tracking?

Abakus Direct does not provide real time tracking on our sofa deliveries. However, we always keep the customer informed about when the sofa is dispatched and when the sofa will be delivered, through both emails and calls from our courteous drivers. We understand how important it is for you to know when your new sofa will be delivered and we give you every opportunity to plan for it, with notices provided several days in advance.

Abakus Direct Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the sofa you received from Abakus Direct, you have 14 calendar days to inform us about your intent to return the sofa we sent you. You may submit this request through email or by phone, using the contact information given above. If you can return the sofa we sent you back to one of our collection point, you will receive a full refund including any delivery charges you might have paid on you order. If you would rather have us pick up your return, you will be charged a £59 return fee that will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days from the date on which the sofa is returned to us.

Abakus Direct Guarantee

Abakus Direct offers a 2 year guarantee on all furniture we sell. Our guarantee covers all damages resulting from manufacturing defects relating to the construction of our sofa’s frames and frame springs. We only use solid wood frames and robustly built springs on all our sofas and we are happy to tell you that our guarantee or replacement claim rate has been negligible over our 10 year operational history.

Customers must however note that Abakus Direct sofas are meant for home use only.  Sofas used in commercial settings will cease to receive guarantee benefits. Our guarantee also does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect or the use of non-recommended cleaning agents.

Please also note that your guarantee does not transfer to a new owner, if you sell your sofa, even if such a sale takes place when the sofa still carries an active 2 year guarantee period.

Abakus Direct Discount Codes and Coupons

Abakus Direct does not participate in discount code and coupon programs. If you come across websites that present you with coupons that seemingly promise you of discounts at our web store, we recommend that you dismiss them as untrue or unreliable.

Please also remember that our prices include free delivery to anywhere in mainland UK, giving you truly low prices. Our reviews clearly indicate that we are one of the most trusted sources of cheap sofas in the UK, while providing quality that you can typically only expect from sofas that sell for hundreds of £s more than the prices you will see on our website.

Though we do not offer coupons or discount codes, we do occasionally run promotional sales on our website, on some or all of our product lines.

Pay Monthly on your Sofa, at Abakus Direct

Abakus Direct allows you to split your sofa purchase over several monthly payments, using Klarna Sofa Pay. Please select the Klarna monthly payment plan during checkout and you will have the option to either slice your sofa payment or split it into 3 or more equal monthly payments.
